Launching in St Kilda

February is apparently big-news month. Last week we announced that we’ll be running class in Northcote, and today we announce the launch of classes in St Kilda. So if you South-of-the-Yarra peeps were feeling left out last week, you can now celebrate… what better way than registering for a class?

The venue

FinnCafePresenting: Finn Cafe. A fresh and friendly place that is excited about joining the Laneway Learning community experience.

They’re conveniently located opposite the St Kilda town hall just a short walk from tram stops and from Balaclava railway station. It’s an oasis of hospitality where the staff will make you feel like you’ve been personally invited into a friend’s Scandinavian holiday house.

The people

Heading up operations… wait, wait… I need a space shuttle metaphor. The captain of this voyage of discovery is Paul Bongiorno. He is a committed teacher and trainer with fifteen years experience in entrepreneurial development. A master of learning and sharing, he will always make participants feel warmly welcome and at ease. He’s taught everything from map reading to lifts for contemporary dancers; computer programming to karate; guerrilla gardening to gorilla growling. He’ll engage your curiosity with fun and heart.

The classes

A trio of tremendous class awaits in St Kilda. Recycle your way to a new wallet in The Bonsoy Wallet: Salvage Art, solve perplexing puzzles in Cryptic Crosswords, and freeze light in space in Light Painting: Using Light As Your Brush. Sign up for one, or two, but definitely not three. Alright, you can sign up for three if you want!

Paul looks forward to seeing you all down near the beach for more Laneway Learning.
