What’s it all about?

We’ve all been there: staring at the calendar, wishing we could have a secret extra hour each day (or day each week). Wishing we could get everything done, and still have time for Netflix.

Well, you may not be able to conjure up an extra hour, but you CAN get more out of each day. Through a few simple tweaks and tricks from actual brain science, you can get more done, in less time, and still have time left for taking breaks. (Psst: taking breaks is actually really good for your brain.)

What will we cover?

We’re going to talk about how to get the most out of your day, based on YOUR personal body clock. You’ll be more productive, know the best times to take breaks, and have more fun with your work and chores.

Learn about :
• Your brain’s two basic modes of thinking, and how to harness each one throughout the day.
• How to tailor your daily working rhythms to your personal body clock. (What time of day should you do creative work? When should you do focused, concentrated work?)
• How to time your breaks to help recharge your brain and feel more energised.
• How working better (not faster) helps you get more done, in less time.

Who will be teaching?

Christina MajoinenChristina Majoinen is a workshop facilitator, writer, and productivity expert.  While doing her Master of Arts in analytic philosophy (Monash University), Christina realised she really, really loved teaching, but really, really hated marking. That’s why she now facilitates workshops – the best of both worlds! She’s still a fully-signed-up, die-hard believer in academic rigour, which is why she teaches tools that have been scientifically proven to work for real people. Christina’s business, Project TGL,  offers workshops, speaking, and lots of free articles about productivity skills that help you live better – not faster.
