What will we cover?
This beginner’s painting class will focus on developing your contemporary watercolour and illustration skills ready for the festive season.
The class will start with a colour mixing demonstration. You will become familiar with watercolour paints and different effects that can be created with watercolours. You’ll then learn simple brush strokes for creating leaves, flowers and stems that you can use to create your very own Christmas cards!
All materials including watercolour paints, cards, envelopes, brushes and workbooks are included. They are yours to take home after the session.
Who will be teaching?
From her humble studio in South Melbourne, Hannah Tyrell works as an illustrator, designer, artist, and all round creative ninja making artwork for clients and customers locally and internationally.
