In this workshop we will explore ways of reducing emotional reactivity, recognising and meeting unmet needs, resolving conflict with others, and improving communication in a variety of contexts and situations.
What will we cover?
This workshop will give you practical tools to learn how to connect more deeply and communicate your needs in a clear and effective way. It provides indispensable skills for interpersonal relationships including:
- Developing self awareness
- Recognising when we are reactive and playing out unconscious patterns
- Developing communication skills
Who will be teaching?
Elisa Caro originally trained as a Civil Engineer but quickly realised this wasn’t her calling. Spending all day in her mind left her disconnected from her body and yearning for something greater. She re-trained as a sex and intimacy coach and now helps clients around the world develop deeper connections with themselves and others, have more fulfilling relationships and better sex lives.
