What’s it all about?

Learn how to make authentic, delicious and impressive-looking sushi at home!

We’re going to be learning about this traditional Japanese dish, including discussing ingredients, how to put it together and make two different types of sushi: the pressed of ‘cake’ variety and the roll. And, of course, there will be tastings! Soon, you will be able to get your sushi fix without leaving the house.

What we will cover?

In this hands-on introductory workshop we are going to learn how to make sushi at home.

We will be making two different types: Oshizushi (a pressed or ‘cake’ sushi) and the sushi roll. We will learn about the different between the two, what ingredients you need to make it at home, and how to roll sushi to have that perfect roll everytime.
