What’s it all about?

What will we cover?

In the first part of the class, you will learn about the main ingredients used to prepare the cocktails, where they come from historically and geographically and where to source them in Australia. In the second part, you will get the opportunity to try these delicious beverages yourself and see them being made! You will take home a booklet with recipes and tips to prepare them yourself at home. As a bonus, you will get plenty of ideas on how to customise the basic recipes to suit different taste preferences.
