What’s it all about?
Very traditional and very delicious; who doesn’t love shortbread?
In this class we will be inspired to make some classy shortbread gifts for your friends and tuck away a little bit for ourselves.
What will we cover?
While making up a batch to take home we will sample some shortbreads, chat about the history of shortbread, cover some variations on the classic recipe and demonstrate how to present your gift to impress.
Please bring along a baking tray to take your creation home to bake after the class!
Who will be teaching?
Jennifer McInnes of Hells Breath has been in the business of putting things into jars for the past 15 years and loves to mess around with food. In this class she is very keen to exploit her Scottish heritage.
