What’s it all about?

Gỏi cuốn or cold rice paper rolls are originally a Vietnamese traditional dish with pork or prawn, rice vermicelli, vegetables and herbs wrapped in rice paper. However, recipes and combinations stretch throughout South Asia with many yummy varieties. They are easy to make, healthy and delicious. In this class we’ll learn how to make them from scratch.

What will we cover?

We will start with an overview of the ingredients and where to buy them. Then we will get our hands dirty by preparing all the materials and finally making our own rolls to our taste. There will be meat and vegan options available.

Who will be teaching?
