What’s it all about?

This class will make you feel good and bring a smile to your face. This workshop is for anyone who is a little stressed right now. Anyone who is has such people in their business, family or friends.  Anyone who would like to be happier today than they were yesterday.

Everything we will do is based on the science of human nature and how we behave. It is a form of mind taming, with a better behaved, happier mind as the outcome.

What will we cover?

Like learning a new language, we can learn new ways of dealing with our feelings and thoughts. Personal happiness can be practised and improved upon. This workshop is not just about mental well being, but about the way we think. If you have the right tools, improving your own mental well being is easy. The problem is, we all want to be happier, but we don’t know how to get there. This workshop is a roadmap to better mental well being. It lays out step by step, practical ways in which to move towards being a better self.

Workshop Participants will

• Understand the health and longevity benefits of being in a happier frame of mind
• Learn to recognise their own stream of thoughts and to identify the different voices they hear
• Learn to focus on and consciously redirect thoughts from the negative to the positive
• Learn skills to calm the turbulence in their mind
• The healing power of gratitude
