What will we cover?
This beginners’ class will break down the steps involved in pattern making. By the end of the workshop, you will know how to create a sewing pattern based on your own measurements for a perfectly fitted skirt. Plus you’ll learn to take measurements so you can design things for yourself, your friend, your mum… anyone!
This class does not include cutting of fabric and sewing components together (but keep your eye out for the pattern sewing class coming up soon!).
Who will be teaching?
Aiwee has always loved working with her hands and creating things. She has been pattern making for the last 3 years and runs Drafted Threads. Combined with a lifelong love of teaching and sharing information, she hopes to share her passion in pattern making and help you get started on your pattern making journey.
