Learn to make some key attractions for your next BBQ or dinner party! We’re going to learn to cook two delicious dips and two of the most authentic and festive Lebanese salads: tabbouleh and fattoush! Delicious and easy, but sure to impress your family and friends.

These fantastic, simple, and healthy foods can yield enough to feed a crowd.

What will we cover?

In this class, learn how to make your BBQ, lunch or dinner stand out with accompaniments from the Lebanese table!

We’re going to make and taste an authentic tabbouleh and a fattoush salad, plus white bean dip and hummus with an exotic topping!

These foods are authentic, simple to make, delicious and sure to be crowd pleasers when you are next entertaining. We’ll share step-by-step instructions on how to make both salads with minimum fuss and mess.

We’ll go through ingredients, preparation and how to put it all together, plus you’ll get easy to follow recipes to take home. And you can go home with some of each salad in your belly.

Both salads are veggie friendly too!

Who will be teaching?

Ola is a foodie, mother of two, cook and cooking tutor. She is enthusiastic about Mediterranean food, especially Lebanese as it has a vast number of healthy and delicious dishes that she loves to share and teach.
