What’s it all about?

Your home is (or at least should be) a very important space in your life. Whether you own, rent, live with your parents or in a tent in the bush, it’s where you go to rest, relax and spend time with people you care about. But why is your home the way it is? And is it doing the best it can for you?

Find out how to make your home work for you.

What will we cover?

We are going to learn some key things to help you ‘hack you home’, including:

  • The three R’s: the important social functions of the home,
  • The three S’s: the worst commercial intrusions into the home,
  • How to analyse conflicts in your home,
  • How to resolve those conflicts in different ways.

Bring some photos of your home and we will work through examples in small groups.

You’ll go home with a new way of seeing what happens in your home, and a new approach to changing your home into the place you want it to be.
