Who will be teaching?
Janie Gibson is an actor, theatre-maker and teaching artist with a background in Eastern European ensemble theatre, Shakespeare performance and devised theatre-making. Her voice work is grounded in the vocal practices of traditional folk and polyphonic singing, ensemble theatre and the principles of Freeing the Natural Voice by Kristin Linklater.
Janie has performed internationally in Poland, Belgium, Greece, the U.K and the U.S.A. She now runs her own company the ‘Force of Nature Theatre Company’ based in Melbourne. Janie is currently offering private vocal tuition in speaking and singing.
