What’s it all about?

Plastic bags are being banned but what to do with that stash we all have somewhere in the kitchen? All those bags collected through out the years, hard to through away because you know they’ll end up in the landfill… why not give them a second life as a shopping bag, basket, coasters or so much more? Come to this class and learn the basics of crocheting with plastic and soon you’ll be crocheting your own projects.

What will we cover?

We’ll start by making our own yarn out of plastic bags and then we’ll move on to the basics of crocheting:

  • Slip knots
  • Chains
  • Single crochet
  • Slip stitch
