What’s it all about?

Every one of us has their own quirky habits. Some are “good”, and others, just don’t serve us so much. We’re often aware of our habits, but being aware doesn’t mean they’re easy to change.

You might get some sparks of motivation every now and then to change, which might last for a while, but soon give up. Sound familiar? Eventually, this becomes exhausting. Eventually, we realise we are not living but existing, with our habits controlling our lives. Eventually, we say enough is enough.

What will we cover?

In this class we’ll look at the power of habit change and how your habits are holding you back from connecting with your true healthy potential. We’ll explore:

  • The essential difference between a habit and a behaviour.
  • Your life wheel of health to connect you with the areas of life that you want to improve.
  • The simple habit cycle that explains why change seems so difficult.
  • The amazing impact that changing your habits has on your brain and most importantly, what you can do about it!
