What’s it all about?

Have you ever tried Korean food? It’s totally delicious and a lot of Korean dishes are healthy too!

One of Korea’s favourite dishes is bulgogi – a type of Korean BBQ. Bulgogi literally translates as ‘fire meat’ and is thinly sliced, marinated meat that is grilled on a barbecue or stove.

In this class we’ll learn how to make a simple bulgogi and get a few ideas for mixing it up. We’ll taste everything that we cook too, yum!

What will we cover?

This beginner’s class will start with an explanation of how to make bulgogi. Then, we’ll explore a few different methods and recipes through demonstrations.

You’ll leave with all the know-how and special recipes for making your own bulgogi at home. Plus you’ll have some delicious bulgogi in your stomach as we will be tasting each bulgogi that we make! So you’ll know exactly what you are aiming for.
