This class is designed for those who have always wanted to start playing the guitar but have never got around to it, don’t know where to start or tried to teach themselves and found it too confusing!
What will we cover
In this class students will learn how to hold the guitar and pick correctly, read chord charts, fret and strum easy chord progressions, read tab and play easy riffs with one of Melbourne’s leading guitar teachers.
Who will be teaching?
Dean Luke is a Melbourne based musician and guitar teacher. He runs Rock Guitar Lessons in North Richmond teaching contemporary guitar styles to Melbourne guitar enthusiasts and Skype students all over the world.
Some of Dean’s students are advanced musicians who play in acclaimed bands, others are beginners who play for fun and relaxation. “Playing the guitar is all about expression – anyone can enjoy that no matter what their skill level.”
