Clear communication and connection is essential for building fulfilling relationships. Communication breakdowns are often the start of conflict in relationships. In this workshop we will explore ways of reducing emotional reactivity, recognising and meeting unmet needs, resolving conflict with others, and improving communication in a variety of contexts and situations.
What will we cover?
This workshop will give you practical tools to learn how to connect more deeply and communicate your needs in a clear and effective way. It provides indispensable skills for interpersonal relationships including:
- Developing self awareness
- Recognising when we are reactive and playing out unconscious patterns
- Developing communication skills
Who will be teaching?
Elisa Caro originally trained as a Civil Engineer but quickly realised this wasn’t her calling. Spending all day in her mind left her disconnected from her body and yearning for something greater. She re-trained as a sex and intimacy coach and now helps clients around the world develop deeper connections with themselves and others, have more fulfilling relationships and better sex lives.
