What’s it all about?
So you’re interested in trying out some more Italian? Or even better you’ve decided you’re actually going to Italia, and you want to know some of the necessary vernacular. From booking your ticket to the Colosseum to ordering your favourite toppings on your pizza – come to this class and get prepared. If you have been to one of our previous Italian classes this will be different; the vocabulary will focus on travel and the section on directions will be further developed.
What will we cover?
We will be covering everything you would need to know to get around and see cool stuff (whether that be in Italy or on Lygon Street!), including:
- Accomodation
- Dining and entertainment
- Transport and directions
Having been to an Italian class before (with us or elsewhere) is not essential. We will be skipping things like numbers, days, months, seasons and focusing on the travel essentials.
Who will be teaching?
Alisdair has studied Italian since primary school, majored in it in his arts degree and is a qualified teacher. We are starting to lose count of the amount of classes Alisdair has done with us, having already shared his passion for Penguins, Chess and with a very successful Italian class already under his belt.
