What’s it all about?

We all know how important it is to be physically flexible – what about psychological flexibility?

We all experience times in our lives where we behave, think or feel in the same old way – and feel lacking in creativity. Psychological flexibility allows us to be creative, and do things differently. Taking a practical and philosophical approach, this class explores the concept of psychological flexibility and how we can develop this important skill.

What will we cover?

We will explore the nature of psychological flexibility, and the important ingredients that help develop this skill.

This class will focus on how we can move beyond our habits and conditioning, and build a new foundation from which we can act in more flexible and creative ways in our lives. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of your own level of psychological flexibility, and take away the latest ideas and strategies to apply in your own life.

Who will be teaching?

Dr Melissa Marot is a psychologist with a keen interest in the science of psychological flexibility, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
