What’s it all about?
Crochet isn’t just for making granny square blankets and you don’t need to know how to do all the stitches to make some awesome accessories. In this class you will get to make your own amazing statement layers of chains necklace.
What will we cover?
We will show you how to hold your hook and yarn and how to make chain stitches. Then we will teach you how to make it into an ‘on trend’ accessory and how to make-up variations. In no time, you will be whipping up chains and breaking out Christmas gifts. Time permitting, we may even get to teach you another stitch called single crochet.
Who will be teaching?
Bali and Queenie are yarn bombers from the international yarn bombing group Yarn Corner (check out their website and Facebook) and are all round crafters who love to share their skills.
Both Bali and Queenie have been teaching various crafts over the years and are always experimenting with different mediums. No item tied down is safe from these girls covering it in fabric, yarn, or even paper.
