What’s it all about?

Want to eat a healthy diet but find yourself eating that whole block of chocolate anyway? Wish you exercised regularly but find yourself stuck on the couch in front of the tv? Wish you understood what’s going on in your mind when it comes to your actions around healthy eating and exercise? Then this workshop is for you.

What will we cover?

We will look at what being healthy means to different people, and then discuss different choices people make surrounding their health. We will look at the role that mindfulness can play in health behaviour, and you will be guided through exercises to clarify what values you have surrounding health, and the impact these values can have on your everyday health habits.

Drawing on aspects of different styles of health coaching you will come away with a deeper understanding of your own health behaviours, as well as several strategies you can start using straight away to improve your health and wellbeing.
