What’s it all about?

Are you interested in the science of lucid dreaming? Want to explore the art of mindful sleeping? Is there more to us than just our waking lives? Lucid dreaming is defined as a dream during which dreamers, while dreaming, are aware that they are dreaming.

This technique of experiencing our dreams is one of the most powerful and useful experiences that a person can have. With a bit of practice, understanding of what is involved and a routine that works, anyone can learn to trigger lucid dreams on their own.

What will we cover?

  • Reasons behind lucid dreaming.
  • Daily habits to build a mindset.
  • Nightly routines to assist in better dreaming techniques.
  • Diets that contribute to clarity of dreams.

This introductory workshop will present to you with the ability to shape and manage your sleep to induce lucid dreaming. With further development and practice, this will hopefully allow for better understanding, clarity and depth all around one’s own lifestyle.
