What’s it all about?

We’ll be stretching and sweating it out while boppin’ to some awesome beats.

What will we cover?

Phat Yoga is a fusion of yoga philosophy with booty shake movement style all set to a mixtape of hip hop, tropical and dancehall beats.

Shake it, move it and sweat it out in a supportive environment. Perfect for beginners through to experienced Yogis.

All body types and fitness levels are welcome; our intro session covers body awareness, core strength, work and develop the booty, pelvic floor and of course movement and body freedom fundamentals.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, or if you don’t have a mat a thick towel will do the trick.

Who will be teaching?

Lucille_LovedayLucille Loveday is a booty shake Queen with a background in dancing in nightclubs, as a roving performer, on stage and on the streets! Phat Yoga is her brand new offering to the world of movement and stretch. She believes passionately in the real body, accepting who you are deep down and sweating into positivity and body pride. She has been teaching in Melbourne and internationally for 10 years and is the big boss lady behind Swag Mamas, dedicated to all that is fierce, fine and female in the world. She is looking forward to bringing the bass and sharing the Phat Yoga love.
