Safety, etiquette and basic techniques will be clearly addressed in an uncomplicated manner. Everyone will gain a confident foundation from which to develop and cultivate their own style and relationship to bondage.
What will we cover?
This beginners’ class will establish a solid foundation in rope bondage so that aspiring and practicing bondageers can build more complex and satisfying ties.
We will talk about consent and negotiation. Under expert guidance, you will learn basic anatomy and safe practices. Then, we’ll learn simple knots, rope selection and handling, as well as basic ties with a wide variety of practical applications.
This fun workshop is appropriate for people of all identities, orientations and relationship statues. It’s fully clothed, non-sexual and totally safe – you only do what you want to do.
Who will be teaching?
Blue Velvet Arts has 17+ years of professional experience in the world of BDSM and a background in anatomy, animal biology, and teaching. Her fierce love affair with kink germinated in the glorious dungeons of Los Angeles, evolving into a prolific career as a dominatrix, fetish model and film producer. She harbours a deep and lasting affection for kink and loves sharing her passion and skills with other open, inquisitive minds.
