What’s it all about?

We all experience changes and transitions in life – work, health, family… How do we make the most of these changes?

This class provides an opportunity to explore how people have successfully worked through life transitions. Take away the latest ideas and strategies to apply in your own life, and explore the shift from surviving to thriving.

What will we cover?

We will explore the nature of change and how we typically respond to change. People will walk away with an understanding of how we can respond to change in a way that helps us to thrive through life challenges, no matter what the situation.

We will explore skills that you can take away and apply in your own life.
