Drift away from the class with a new found sense of calm, having learnt innovative tools to manage stress and receive a free mindfulness meditation recording to use at home.

What we will cover?

This hands-on workshop arms you with vital research-based knowledge about how stress affects our bodies and minds, and skills to unwind in the midst of a busy and complex life. Camilla, your facilitator, will guide you through two mindfulness exercises to identify your personal patterns of stress in order to develop more positive approaches to everyday pressures. To deepen your experience, a creative exercise will introduce the hidden potential of the right side of the brain to uncover what you don’t know about how stress is really affecting you.

This workshop is for anyone wanting to learn more about mindfulness and to cope better with stress in their life. You don’t need any special creative skills or abilities to benefit from this workshop, just and open mind and a sense of fun.
