What’s it all about?

We all have our own unique quirkiness and eccentricities. Some of them we like, some of them we’d rather change. We also all have days, or even months when we feel like the world’s trying to put us down and make things hard.

Learn to understand and accept your individual idosyncracies and situation, irrespective of inner or outer judgement. Then you can hold the key to fear, procrastination and perfectionism.

What will we cover?

We’ll talk about how fear holds us captive and proliferates procrastination in all areas of our lives. It might be due to judgement of ourselves, or situations that we find ourselves in. It can paralyse us into a state of non-achievement and non-acceptance. But there is a way out!

If we consider our past and what events may be holding us captive, we can learn to let them go. We will:

  • Focus on our unique attributes and explore the benefits of them, relative to ourselves.
  • Consider the different ways to approach negative situations and how some of those can help us grow.
  • Discuss how absolutely irrelevant perfection is in reality.
  • Learn to disregard other perceptions – ultimately, they actually have very little to do with us.

With this in hand, we can unlock the key to self-love.
