What’s it all about?

Intricate beauty from a single sheet of paper…

Imagine the delicate structure of a snowflake or the intricate detail of lace combined with the meditative art of paper craft and you’ll arrive at ‘paper cutting’. In this workshop you will learn to choose and plan your design and lay it out before cutting it out slice by slice to create a beautiful work of art.

What will we cover?

We’ll inspire you by introducing the work of some of the world’s greatest paper-cut artists. Then, we’ll learn all the tips and techniques on cutting techniques, paper choices and fixing slips of the blade without starting over.

You’ll transform a single sheet of paper into a beautiful masterpiece that you can take home with you – great for framing, card making, scrap booking and more.

No previous experience is necessary and all materials are provided. Bring yourself and your imagination and be prepared to be inspired.
