What’s it all about?

Namaste! In a little over an hour, discover the joys of making your own fresh, traditional vegetarian Indian dishes. We will begin with the traditional naan bread and then move on to a signature dish “paneer butter masala” just like it’s done in Neha’s mum’s kitchen in Kolkata.

All it takes is a bit of chili, cumin, coriander, bay leaves, basmati rice, turmeric and mustard in your pantry to master the tricks and techniques to creating several Indian dishes. If you have always looked for food that can create an explosion of flavour on your palette then come along and learn how easy cooking this cuisine can be!

What will we cover?

We will be doing come Indian cooking with a vegetarian spin to it. Learn to make:

  • Naan bread
  • My favorite paneer butter masala
  • Cucumber raita with a dash of roasted cumin
  • Basmati rice with pearls like peas
  • Aloo & coconut combo

Who will be teaching?

NehaAn engineer by profession, Neha loves food and is passionate about teaching. Sometimes walking a 100km for charity and sometimes hosting events like “Margarita mix off – Mixing minds, changing lives” to help the less fortunate, she keeps herself busy doing all sorts of activities. She loves cooking for her family and friends and is always keen on sharing her recipes and creativity with all.
