What’s it all about?

Modern life is both challenging and exciting. We are overwhelmed with information and choices and try to keep up with a fast moving world. How often do you get to the end of your day and wonder where it’s gone?

Taking a practical and scientific approach we will explore how we can take a moment and tune-in to what matters most.

What will we cover?

This class explores the science and practice of mindfulness. We will talk about the practical sides of mindfulness and the mechanics of developing our ability to focus attention in the present moment.

This class is interactive and we will explore a variety of practices. You will leave with some ideas and skills that you can explore further!

Who will be teaching?

Dr Melissa Marot is a psychologist with a keen interest in the science of psychological flexibility, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
