(Or how to avoid midweek meal time meltdowns)

What’s it all about?

Too busy to cook? Spending each evening wandering around the supermarket feeling uninspired? Overwhelmed by the idea of cooking? This is the case for so many people – most of whom would really like to cook home-made meals but don’t know where to start.

What will we cover?

This practical class will give you the confidence and a simple framework to better plan your meals for the week. We’ll cover how to structure a week of meals, various handy life hacks and a number of different meal ideas for busy people of any level of cooking ability or food preferences. You’ll take away inspiration and some ‘go to’ resources that can benefit your health, stress level and bank balance. (Please note, this is not a cooking class.)

Who will be teaching?

Steph picOriginally from the UK, Steph discovered a passion for cooking and all the benefits it brings in 2012 after a life of ready meals. Steph loves cooking for others and sharing some of the great tips she’s picked up over the last few years to make cooking more accessible to everyone. When she’s not in the kitchen, you can find Steph on a tennis court, in the gym, having brunch or somewhere in the world exploring, eating and going to local cooking classes.
