What’s it all about?

Have you got friends coming over and you want to impress them with really lovely food? A platter of marinated vegetables will do the trick and you can put away extra for later on. The best vegetables to start with are mushrooms, capsicums, tomatoes, eggplant… hmmm, sounds a bit Mediterranean doesn’t it?

What will we cover?

During the class we will prepare marinated mushrooms so you will have a jar to take home and enjoy. While we prepare the mushrooms, you will get a chance of sampling different versions of marinated vegetables and we will discuss the techniques and flavours to create lovely combinations at home.

Who will be teaching?

Jennifer McInnes of Hells Breath Relish has been in the business of putting things into jars for the past 15 years and loves to mess around with food. She is very keen to encourage others to also play with their food.
