What’s it all about?

Stress and anxiety. This can be totally debilitating, and it’s more common than you might imagine. The total overwhelm, the adrenalin pulsing through your veins, the sleepless nights. So what can we do about it?

What will we cover?

We all know how the feeling, and none of us like it! Stress and anxiety are rife in this modern world, and yet many people push through without many tools to cope. In this workshop we’ll explore what’s actually happening in the body when under stress, as well as methods to re-shape what stress is, so you can find serenity again. We’ll talk about ways you can manage stress so that you can sleep better! We will finish the workshop with a short guided meditation.

Who will be teaching?

Jasmine is a naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, who consults in Prahran, Melbourne. She subscribes to the belief that in order for healing to occur, the underlying cause of disease must first be ascertained, and addressed holistically through education, natural medicine, as well as diet and lifestyle practices.
