What’s it all about?

Indian food is all about flavoursome herbs and spices and sharing these flavours with the loved ones.

Indians love to lay a feast on the table and no meal or dinner party is complete without a good spread of entrees or what we call “snacks”

With this class we bring to you the most popular Indian snack food: samosas, accompanied by tasty chutneys. Most of the ingredients we will use can be easily found in your local supermarket or pantry.

What will we cover?

In this class, we will teach to prepare two types of samosas from scratch, accompanied by two types of chutneys.

  • Aloo (potato) samosa
  • Keema (mince lamb) samosa
  • Mint chutney
  • Apple and fig chutney

Who will be teaching?
