What’s it all about?

It’s so easy to get caught up caring for those we love. Yet in the process we often forget to take care of ourselves and end up feeling stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted.

In this class you will learn how to stop filling everyone else’s cup first leaving your own tank running on empty. The evening will be fun, interactive and full of exercises, tips and tools to help you stop second guessing what you really need for yourself so you can start to feel more alive, energetic and inspired. You’ll walk away feeling more connected to yourself and ready to take action to bring it all to life.

What will we cover?

We’ll start with a short meditation to get you out of your head so you can be really present in the room, before jumping into a quick writing exercise to explore what your day would look like if you were not accountable to anyone or anything (hint: a day in bed is probably not the answer). Throughout the class we’ll discuss some big topics to see how the way we view the world affects the way we relate to and act with those around us. We’ll also look at the power of awareness and shifting focus back to what’s important to us.

Since nothing is much use unless we can start to implement, we’ll finish up by looking at how we can start to put into practice what we’ve covered right away as we share an easy and fun way to check in with yourself to make sure you are staying true to you.

Who will be teaching?

Stacie works with clients sick of second-guessing themselves and feeling stuck, overwhelmed and exhausted at the end of each day. She helps them regain a deep trust in themselves and a sense of calm and clarity about moving forward. By helping them identify and bust through limiting beliefs, her clients build the confidence to start taking action to create the life they want.
