What’s it all about?

Positive thinking has become very popular over the past few decades, its everywhere! You can even drink positively!?

BUT…What about negative thoughts? Are they ‘bad’ for you? Do they have an important function in our lives? Do ALL Humans have them? Shouldn’t we strive to be positive all the time? Learn how we have all, unknowingly, been affected by the Humanitis Phenomenon!

What will we cover?

In this fun and interactive workshop we will:

  • Explore the role of negative thinking
  • Take a close (and somewhat controversial) look at positive thinking
  • Learn some practical tips for using the psychological principle of ‘normalising’ our thoughts
  • And most importantly, learn how to apply this in our everyday lives
