What’s it all about?

Fermenting foods & drinks seems to be all the buzz lately, and we are here to explain why! Let’s talk about the many ways in which fermented foods are great for you, and how delicious they can be to eat and fun to make. Which is why we’ll be making sauerkraut together – for you to take home after class in a jar of goodness.

What will we cover?

We will discuss the basics of fermentation, the latest research about the benefits of probiotic foods, look at the surprising variety of fermented foods and drinks available today and finally – we’ll get to ferment our own cabbage, add in our favourite spices, and take home in a jar. Everything you need will be provided.

Who will be teaching?
