How to Have Difficult Conversations

What’s it all about?

Why do we learn advanced maths that we’ll never use again and nothing about having difficult conversations?

We have countless conversations everyday and some are difficult. The way we conduct ourselves during difficult conversations can make or break ideas, friendships, marriages and businesses. So much is riding on the quality of our communications and our relatedness, and yet as a community we spend little time reflecting on this.

It’s time to demystify and reshape our relationship with difficult conversations. In this session, we’ll cover some basic frameworks that will guide you through different types of conversations. You’ll walk away thinking ‘why on earth haven’t I learnt this before!’

What will we cover?

We will look at two models that will help you navigate difficult conversations. Think of it as being handed two maps that you hold in front as you make your way through the terrain of a difficult conversation.

The format of this session will be fun and interactive. Yes, you heard it right, you will have fun practicing difficult conversations!
